Nicola Vernaglione is the Founder and Head Manager of CreazioneImpresa Srl – Società Benefit. A Chartered Accountant and business innovation consultant, he is a certified Startup and SME Advisor & Specialist, as well as a certified Innovation Manager specialized in organizational and management innovation for SMEs.

With nearly 30 years of professional experience, he has also served in academia as a researcher and lecturer in strategic marketing and service marketing at the University of Bari’s Faculty of Economics.

Mr. Vernaglione has worked extensively with public administrations, providing advisory services as a project evaluator, mentor, and monitor for publicly funded initiatives. He is a regular member of evaluation panels for call for ideas, startup competitions, and national awards dedicated to SMEs.

He is a member of the Startup and SME Committee of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants, where he launched and led the first “PMI Advisor & Specialist” Master Program, also serving as an instructor.

He is the author of the book Startupper 10 e lode and has published numerous articles on startups and innovative SMEs, as well as academic research in the field of business innovation.

As a temporary and fractional manager, he has supported the growth of numerous companies across various industries. He is currently focused on advising and mentoring sustainable, innovation-driven startups and SMEs.
