Nicola Tracanella is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CreazioneImpresa Srl – Società Benefit. A Chartered Accountant and certified PMI Advisor & Specialist, he brings nearly 30 years of experience in business consulting and innovation strategy.

He holds a degree in Economics and has spent the majority of his career supporting entrepreneurs in the development of their ventures—initially with traditional companies, and later, following the introduction of the Startup Act, with innovative SMEs.

Over the years, Mr. Tracanella has supported the creation and growth of around 100 businesses, ranging from micro-enterprises to innovative SMEs. He currently serves as Vice President of the Startup and SME Committee of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants, and is the founder and lead instructor of the first “PMI Advisor & Specialist” Master Program promoted by the Association.

An expert in the establishment of Benefit Corporations, he has authored numerous articles on innovative SMEs and benefit companies, and contributed to the Benefit Corporations White Paper published by the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants.

Today, he is actively engaged in advising and mentoring sustainable, innovation-driven startups and SMEs through their early and growth stages.
