Ezio Este is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CreazioneImpresa Srl – Società Benefit. A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he is also a certified Startup and SME Advisor & Specialist.

He holds degrees in Political Science and in Business Administration from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and has completed a master’s program in Instructional Design for e-learning environments at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED).

With a deep passion for technological innovation, Mr. Este complements his traditional professional practice with a strong focus on innovative SMEs, sustainability through the shared value model, and the development of business networks.

He is an active member of the Startup and SME Committee of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants. A frequent contributor to professional publications and speaker at conferences and training events, he addresses topics such as innovative startups, SME ecosystems, business networks, and benefit corporations. He was also involved in the drafting of the Benefit Corporations White Paper published by the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants.

Currently, he is dedicated to supporting the launch and sustainable growth of innovation-driven startups and SMEs.
