For nearly 20 years, Alberto Grignolo dedicated his full energy to YOOX Group (later YOOX Net-a-Porter Group), holding both strategic and operational leadership roles. He led one of the most successful eCommerce teams in Europe through a remarkable journey—from the project’s startup phase to its public listing and full maturity, culminating in a company of 4,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue by 2018.

After leaving YNAP at the end of 2018, he turned his focus to his true passions: supporting promising startups on their growth journeys and helping large companies navigate the opportunities brought by digital innovation.
