Business Developer and Innovation Scout at Proplast, a center of excellence and benchmark for research, innovation, and polymer materials engineering. Within the organization, she promotes and develops projects focused on the ecological transition, circular economy, recycling, and ecodesign, with a strong emphasis on technology transfer and sustainability.

With a solid background in human resources development, she combines an innovation-oriented vision with strong interpersonal and relational skills. She is active in the Italian startup ecosystem as a Business Angel and as Founder of the BAC (Business Angel Club) Alessandria and Asti. She is also deeply committed to promoting women’s empowerment and leadership in the industrial sector through the activities of the Women in Plastics Italy Association.
