Federico Francesco Ferrero is a medical nutritionist, food journalist, and winner of MasterChef Italy.

Graduating with honors (cum laude) in Medicine and Surgery, he carved out an independent path of study exploring multiple aspects of human nutrition. He is a writer, journalist, chef, and adjunct university professor. He regularly speaks at courses, conferences, and TV shows on various aspects of food, both in Italy and abroad.

As a consultant for institutions, corporate entities, and food companies, his scientific research focuses on investigating the correlation between the aromatic potential and the nutritional richness of food.

In 2014, he won the title of MasterChef Italy. He loves cooking, horses, and the Aegean Sea. And, of course, he adores going to the market.
