Elena Re is a Business Coach and Leadership Mentor specializing in neuroscience applied to talent development and learning.

She built her professional expertise within the Human Resources departments of multinational corporations such as Manpower and Alpitour, focusing on resource management, recruitment, and training. After more than fifteen years in the sector, she made a radical career shift: since 2014, she has dedicated herself to coaching and mentoring. Her work centers on the study of cognitive processes and the mechanisms of growth and change, integrating these with her humanistic and professional background.

Today, she supports entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations by utilizing cutting-edge neuroscientific tools. She helps them understand their inner workings, develop new skills, and navigate evolutionary challenges more effectively. Her approach integrates neuroscience, managerial experience, and coaching, with the goal of making change a conscious, intentional, and sustainable process that delivers concrete, measurable, and replicable results over time.

Since 2024, she has been the co-founder of BrainREvolution™, where she combines applied neuroscience and coaching for the sustainable development of organizations. She is a contributor to CoachMag and IDEA magazine, and has adopted Baruch Spinoza’s lesson as her own: “Do not weep over your history, change course!”
