Marco Gay is the executive president and partner of ZEST S.p.A., established in 2024 from the merger between Digital Magics and LVenture Group, listed on Euronext Milan. Zest is the first Italian group, with offices in Milan, Turin, and Rome, of European scale dedicated to the growth of the innovation ecosystem, a market leader in Italy in early-stage investments – seed in startups and innovative SMEs, in startup acceleration, in Open Innovation, and Corporate Venturing.

Born in Turin in 1976, married with three children, he has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the digital and innovation sector. His roots come from an entrepreneurial family, which, guided by values and ethics, shaped his character and vision of life. He was President of Confindustria Piemonte in the last four years and President of Anitec-Assinform from 2018 to May 2024. Since July 2024, Marco Gay has been the President of Unione Industriali Torino.

Previously, Gay was involved in business management and strategy: he held the position of CEO at companies specializing in Digital Health, advertising, and Healthtech. In 2016, he joined the board of directors of Talent Garden. He has held the position of President of Confindustria Giovani and Vice President of Confindustria Digitale. He was a member of the board of directors of Sole 24 Ore S.p.A. and LUISS Guido Carli University; he is currently a member of the board of Online Sim and, since June 2024, a member of the board of directors of the Polytechnic University of Turin.
